The administration building, consisting of a basement, ground floor and first floor, was designed in a way that the elderly and disabled can use it comfortably, taking universal design principles as the basic principle. The western facade, which is protected by a sun-shade system designed in a double-curved organic form with the most up-to-date techniques and tools, adds grandeur to the building and contributes to the creation of a comfortable environment in office spaces, with less energy, by blocking excessive sunlight.
